Panasonic Business Communications Group has announced that is is exiting out of their Telecommunications Product Line and closing down their Business Communications Group – ending sales of their unified communications products as of March 31, 2021.
They will be continuing to support their products until January 2023.
City-Com recommends that any customers expecting employee growth should plan ahead and add phones, extension cards, or licenses to their stock. This is especially important for any customers using wireless phones or any VoIP features. As the deadline is quickly approaching, we expect a lead time on equipment of up to 90 days.
